My original vision back in 2012 after my first daughter was born was to help moms who were on maternity leave realize their visions and dream big. Allowing them to have choices and gain the flexibility to be a present mom and keep their own goals moving forward.
My vision turned into an online portal to support women in business and an annual conference called I Am The Boss that ran for 5 years. While running the conference I realized that there needed to be a next step after the conference. A solution to support the women attendees, make their dreams a reality. In 2016 I officially launched my coaching business. It was my next step and a vision to support professional women with vision to reach their big goals and realize their true potential.
I spent years in corporate helping others build their businesses and running my own business on the side. I left corporate to go after my dreams. I believed I had a Big Vision, that I was dreaming beyond realistic. As I created this process, I realized it was far from the truth. I was dreaming big; however, I did not have all the pieces to my puzzle in place to keep me focussed and moving forward in the right direction. This process became a gift and a must. I realized I had to share it with others, especially Woman With Vision.
Life is an incredible journey and I realized that all my life experiences both positive and negative brought me to where I am today and I am truly grateful. Our lessons come in all different forms. It's what we choose to do with them that makes us who we are.
