Develop Sales Funnels with Ease

business Aug 11, 2020

When I first heard about sales funnels, I had no idea what people were talking about.   I come from a time where we picked up the phone and called people.

Sales funnels are like a puzzle, each piece leads into completing a bigger picture and each connection leads into a potential sale.

In our Sales newsletter last week, we talked about building trust. People need to see what you have to offer before they are willing to invest in your services and programs.

Never be afraid to give something away for free that provides massive value.

You want people to see what you do, the expertise you offer, and what problems you will solve for them.

This is also how you will build trust with potential clients. It is important to let them experience what it would be like to work with you.

A sales funnel is the road map on how to connect with potential clients and how to share new offerings with existing clients.

You are giving them a taste of what you are offering building trust and then leading them into options of bigger and better programs. It is important that whatever you give away provides your target market with 1 or more action steps that will allow them to see positive results right away. This makes them want more.

Here is an example of a simple sales funnel:

Step 1 – Discovery Session

Step 2 – Decide If Working Together Is a Good fit

Step 3 – Offer

Step 4 – Move Forward

A sales funnel is a step by step process you lead potential clients through in order to get them to buy. The most common sales funnel is an email sales funnel.

Simple Email Funnel:

Step 1 – Get them on your email list

Step 2 - Start with something for free that will give them value and a taste of the problems you solve. It is very important to make sure there is an action step they can take right away to see results.

Step 3 – Follow up email once they buy to thank them and offer them another option for a very low cost

Step 4 – Lead them into your sales page to see what other services and packages you offer

There are more detailed type sales funnels you can use for your business. It all depends on where you are in your business and what you want to accomplish.

I truly like simple systems, as I am not overly technically inclined.

One of the systems I like to use and is very simple is Groove funnels. Groove Funnels provides amazing videos that walk through step by step to set up your own funnel. You can sign up for free right now and get started or take your sales funnels to the next level.
